Thanks to a well and smart irrigation techniques, we reduce water consumption while preserving our landscaped heritage.
Our transition to 100% LED lighting and strict equipment management also help minimize our energy footprint.
Finally, we promote a circular economy by prioritizing second-hand purchases and material recycling.

II. Biodiversity and ecological maintenance

Our commitment to biodiversity is reflected in our selection of plants adapted to the Mediterranean climate and the ecological maintenance of green spaces.
We prioritize organic fertilizers and insecticides, limit water usage, and reduce noise pollution by using electric-powered equipment.
Initiatives such as differentiated mowing and planting nectar-producing plants also help preserve ecosystems.

We adopt responsible practices to minimize our digital footprint, including turning off unused devices, optimizing email and storage management, and promoting responsible browsing.
Using eco-friendly search engines and lightweight file transfer tools helps reduce our energy consumption and carbon emissions.

We ensure that La Bastide du Roy is accessible to people with disabilities through adapted infrastructure: clear signage, step-free access, reserved parking spaces, and accessible restrooms. Our goal is to promote inclusion and the comfort of all our visitors.

V. Employee well-being and engagement

An RSE (CSR) coordinator supports our initiatives, and we hold regular meetings and events to strengthen team cohesion.
We also encourage sustainable daily practices, such as providing a water dispenser to reduce plastic use.

VI. Societal commitment: support for the Events For Heritage association

We support the Events for Heritage association, which works towards more responsible event management.
This partnership allows us to take concrete action in preserving heritage, biodiversity, and reducing carbon impact, while raising awareness among our partners about environmental and social issues.
